Mendeley

What is Mendeley?

Mendeley is a free reference management tool and academic social networking tool. It works with any browser and comes in a desktop or mobile version.

Comparison with other referencing tools

Importing documents into Mendeley is simple as files can be dragged and dropped in, and the citation information is automatically extracted.

Another strength is that Mendeley enables you to connect easily with other researchers in your field. You can share and promote your own research, as well seeing what other researchers are reading.
